Is the Starter plan really free forever and will it remain public?
Yes. The Starter tier is 100% free forever (no credit card required) and will remain publicly available indefinitely to support independent cafes and small restaurants going digital.
Is WhatsApp ordering available on all plans?
Yes. Order via WhatsApp is 100% free and available on all plans, including the permanently free Starter tier, with 0% transaction fees or commissions.
Does tableside ordering include payment processing or only order submission?
Tableside ordering covers both options: guests can submit orders directly to your kitchen display, and you can enable tableside checkouts. If you want guests to pay directly on their phones, you can activate our Stripe integration. If payments are disabled, orders are submitted to staff, and guests pay manually at the end of their meal.
Does TableGreet charge transaction fees on payments?
No, TableGreet charges 0% transaction fees on your sales. You connect your own payment provider (like Stripe), and their standard card processing fees apply directly to your account.
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
We provide risk-free evaluation windows: 7 calendar days for monthly subscriptions and 14 calendar days for annual subscriptions from the initial payment date. Approved refunds return 100% of your payment and transition your account to the permanently free Starter plan. You can cancel future auto-renewals anytime directly from your billing dashboard without cancellation fees.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
If you reach your active table or menu item limit (e.g. 30 items on Starter), your digital menu stays live without disruption. You can upgrade to the Pro plan at any time to add unlimited items, additional branches, and live ordering.
Can I use my own custom domain?
Yes. Custom domain mapping with free automatic SSL security is included on the Max and Enterprise plans.
