1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how TableGreet Inc., trading as “TableGreet,” collects, uses, shares, stores and protects personal information when individuals use the TableGreet consumer application, driver application and related mobile services.
In this Privacy Policy:
- “TableGreet,” “we,” “us” or “our” means TableGreet Inc., registered at 548 Market St, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA & Rabat, Morocco.
- “App” means the TableGreet customer application, TableGreet driver application and related mobile functionality.
- “Customer” means an individual who browses venues, scans menus, places orders, makes payments, requests services, receives deliveries or otherwise uses the customer-facing App.
- “Driver” means an individual who applies to, accesses or uses the driver-facing App to accept or complete deliveries.
- “Venue” or “Merchant” means a restaurant, café, hotel, food business or other participating business offering products or services through TableGreet.
- “Services” means the App and associated ordering, payment, delivery, QR-menu, discovery, support, rewards and account services.
This Privacy Policy applies only to the TableGreet App and associated Services. Separate privacy notices may apply to TableGreet’s venue-management platform, corporate website, employment activities or other products.
2. Who controls your information
For most App activities, TableGreet Inc. is the controller or business responsible for determining how and why personal information is processed.
Participating Venues may independently control information they receive to:
- Prepare and fulfil orders;
- Provide dining, pickup or delivery services;
- Manage refunds or complaints;
- Maintain transaction and tax records;
- Operate their own loyalty programs;
- Meet food-safety and legal obligations.
Drivers may receive limited Customer and order information to complete deliveries.
Payment processors, identity-verification providers and other service providers may independently control certain information under their own privacy notices.
Where TableGreet processes information exclusively on behalf of a Venue or another business, that business may be the controller and TableGreet may act as its processor or service provider.
